Exterior Facelift on 42nd St

The 42nd Street project is moving along quickly. The front has received a much needed paint job and gutters installed, and new fence in the backyard.

Here’s a quick reminder of what this house’s exterior originally looked like :

This house was a shell on the inside. All electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems were completely gone or abandoned. We had to come back and install brand new electrical wiring and lighting, plumbing, and HVAC systems. It’s a lot of work; however, I prefer it that way. The new owner of this property can enjoy the charm of a traditional 1920’s home, but have all brand new utilities. This home will be as close to a brand new home as you can get, when complete. We are talking worry free home ownership for the next 20 yrs+. Included in these upgrades are energy efficient Tankless Water Heater, Recessed LED lighting, and high efficiency central HVAC system
